4-night Christmas Package Break
23 - 27 December 2024
Enjoy a four-night break to celebrate Christmas in style from £596 per person.
23rd December
Check-in from 4pm and as we welcome you to your home for the holidays with a hot drink and mince pie. Why not take a dip in the pool before buffet dinner?
Christmas Eve
Enjoy breakfast and a leisurely morning before joining us for Devon Cream Tea and Christmas Carols with pianist Luke Ayrton in the afternoon. Buffet dinner is served in the restaurant, followed by live music from Ollie Stephens in the bar.
Christmas Day
Visit the breakfast buffet and enjoy the morning before sitting down to our traditional Christmas Lunch with all the trimmings. Buffet dinner is available if you’re still peckish in the evening, followed by a fun festive quiz in the bar.
Boxing Day
Fill up on breakfast before embarking on a Festive Cruise on the sheltered River Exe, complete with mulled wine and mince pies. After your buffet dinner, join us in for an evening of karaoke fun.
27th December
Enjoy a final visit to the breakfast buffet before departing for home with wonderful memories.

27 - 30 December 2024
Make more of the time between Christmas and New Year with a three-night festive break from £327 per person.
27th December
Arrive to a warm welcome of a hot drink and mince pie before the first of your three-course dinners in the restaurant. Rat Pack and Swing singer Paul Croon provides the evening’s entertainment.
28th December
Fill up on breakfast and spend a leisurely morning with a dip in the pool. There’s a festive quiz in the afternoon, dinner in the restaurant and evening entertainment with Ollie Stephens to round out your day.
29th December
Your last full day features another visit to the breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant plus plenty of time to explore Teignmouth and the local area, or simply relax in the hotel!
30th December
Fill up on a delicious breakfast before checking-out and heading for home.

Ring in the New Year on our three-night getaway from £549 per person.
30th December
Check-in, enjoying a welcome hot drink and mince pie and settle into your room before dining in the restaurant. Pianist Luke Ayrton provides the evening’s entertainment.
New Year’s Eve
Fill up on breakfast and spend the day at leisure. In the evening, join us for a Gala Dinner with fun and games, followed by live entertainment from Maria and welcome 2025 in style with Champagne and dancing.
New Year’s Day
Start the year on a high with a Champagne breakfast buffet before enjoying a relaxing day. Explore the gardens, take a bracing walk on the beach or simply relax in the hotel. After a 3-course dinner, you’ll enjoy live music in the bar.
2nd January
Make a final visit to the breakfast buffet before checking-out by 11, but feel free to enjoy the facilities, including the pool, before saying your goodbyes and departing for home.

Absolutely. We are more than happy to welcome children over the Festive Season as we have a number of family rooms and offer cot beds on request.
There are high chairs available in the restaurant.
Under 5s stay free-of-charge, and children between 5 and 15 years of age pay 50% of the adult price when sharing their parents’ room. The full adult charge applies to those aged 16 and over.

Club Room upgrades are available for a supplement of £50 per nlght.

Guests staying on these packages can extend their stay. Additional nights can be added prior to the 23rd of December or from the 2nd of January at a cost of £55 per person per night, on a dinner bed and breakfast basis. A £100 per person, non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The full and final balance is due by the 1st of December 2024.

All package breaks include buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The Christmas package includes a plated Christmas Day lunch.
Please note that for guests staying on a Room Only or Bed & Breakfast rate, there will be no dinner service available from 27th December until the 1st of January. Normal restaurant service resumes on January 2nd.

However, please be aware that dinner will not be available for guests booked on a Room Only or Bed & Breakfast basis during this period and evening meals will only be available to guests booked on the package breaks. This is to ensure we can deliver a great dining experience during this busy time.

Package break prices are for the specified number of nights, inclusive of dinner and breakfast daily.
Accommodation package prices are based on two adults sharing a standard double or twin room. Supplements apply for sole occupancy of a double or twin room. No single supplement for bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of one guest.
Entertainment and excursions are subject to change and alteration.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final payment of the balance is due by the 1st of December 2024.
Cancellations are permitted up to and including the 1st of December 2024. In the event of cancellation by the 1st of December 2024, you will be refunded any payments made minus the £100 per person non-refundable deposit.
No refund or discount for unused elements.
Upgrade to a Club Room for a supplement of £30 per room per night.
Upgrade to a Sea View Room for a supplement of £50 per room per night.
Additional nights can be added on prior to 23rd December 2024 or from 2nd January 2025 at cost of £55 per person, per night on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis.
Christmas Afternoon Tea and Christmas Dining prices are based on adults dining with bookings made in advance.
A minimum of 10 guests is required when booking Christmas Dining. Christmas Dining and Afternoon Tea are available throughout December, except Christmas Day.
Evening meals will be served buffet-style for guests staying on package breaks with the exception of Christmas Day Lunch.
Guests staying on Room Only or Bed & Breakfast rates between the 27th of December and the 1st of January should note that evening meals will not be available. During these periods, dinner service will be exclusively for guests booked on the package breaks to ensure we can deliver a quality service.
Discounts apply for children aged 12 and under.

Bed & Breakfast stays over the Festive Period
If you’re visiting friends or family over the Festive break and don’t need our full dining and entertainment package, we’re happy to be able to offer bed and breakfast stays. You’ll enjoy our usual choice of Standard or Club room accommodation, plus a delicious buffet breakfast.
Please be aware that from December 23rd until the 1st of January, we will be unable to offer evening meals for guests staying on Bed & Breakfast rates so guests will need to make alternative dining arrangements.
